phppopular is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
phppopular accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phppopular does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Deposits are generally credited to your phppopular account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. phppopular is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. phppopular reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking and e-wallet processing windows. phppopular is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
All transactions on the phppopular platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player and are determined by the player's payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to phppopular without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of these Terms. phppopular reserves the right to suspend the account, recover any funds obtained through chargebacks, and pursue legal remedies where applicable.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phppopular are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

phppopular reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, account-level, or time-based restrictions.
All games available on the phppopular platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the normal rules of the game.

phppopular does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phppopular collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at phppopular.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phppopular will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law or by regulatory authorities.
